This is my story, my life, my words.

The events are depicted as I remember them. Any resemblance to other peoples’ stories is purely coincidental.

I categorize my writing, especially as it relates to my childhood and upbringing, as a quasi-biographical narrative. Places, dates, and certain details have been modified because there are several people I seek to protect. Literary freedoms are helpful to achieve this goal. There are plenty of people that do not want me to share the core aspects of my story; they will do anything to discredit or silence me by way of victim shaming, smear campaigns, and public ridicule. These strategies worked for decades, but not anymore. I refuse to stay silent.

This website is not a venue for hate, discrimination of any kind, or bullying. No hate speech or political rants. If you do not like someone’s identity or lived experience, say nothing. We support all trauma survivors, hard stop.
